Fifty-nine percent of people who suffer from chronic pain that is from degenerative spinal disease can eliminate the need for pain drugs by consuming adequate levels of omega-3 essential fatty acids (MaxEFA’s from XCAP).
This appeared in the 2006 issue of Surgical Neurology.
When people remove aspartame and glutamate from their diet for 4 months, they can eliminate chronic pain symptoms. This appeared in the 2002 issue of the Annals of Pharmacology.

XCAP has a vitamin D product called Vita D (http://www.xcap.tv/VitaD_Home.asp).
Vitamin D levels were measured in ninety patients with chronic heart failure and thirty-one control patients without heart disease.
Vitamin D levels were much lower in those with heart failure than controls.
Specifically, an astounding 98% of the patients with heart failure had a vitamin D deficiency defined by vitamin D levels below 75 nmol/L and severe deficiency (less than 25 nmol/L) occurred in 67% of the patients.
These results mimic observations seen in animal studies that demonstrated vitamin D supplementation can prevent heart failure in rats. (Nutrition, Metabolism and Cardiovascular Disease, November 2010)

Below is a testimonial from Ikelene Boh on her tragic accident and how she almost lost the use of her entire right hand and all her fingers.
We talk about how XCAP is used to help athletes, but our products have other benefits, in particular the XCAP Xtra EnZymes and how it helps to break down scar tissue.
—————————————————————————
In Ikelene’s own words…….. (Warning Images are Graphic )
“In April of 2009 I almost lost my life as the result of a household accident. I was home alone when I tripped and fell backwards onto a 12″ Tera Cotta pot. The rim snapped and what remained of the pot severed all but one ligament of connective tissue in my right forearm. I used my left had as a tourniquet, and dialed 911 with my nose. The original injury was life-threatening in and of itself , but the measures that were taken to remove the potting soil from the wound left me mangled.
The next morning I saw the surgeon. He was open about lack of promise that I would ever use the hand again. Over a month passed, and then a twitch in my thumb had me into physical therapy right away. Progress was slow and the nerve pain never subsided.
Three years later I met Dr. John Fitzgerald (Blood Doc).
I still suffered never-ending nerve pain, but had regained primary use of three of my fingers.
We had a discussion about XCAP’s systemic enzymes (Xtra EnZymes) that was unrelated to my injury. I began taking the enzymes.
No more than two weeks later, I sat in amazement as my my forearm twitched and pulsated. By the days end I had full use, mobility, and dexterity in all four fingers, and the nerve pain was diminished by almost half.
I am thrilled that the impetus for taking the enzymes rendered such a far more meaningful result.
THANKS XCAP !”
Ikelene Boh
Note from XCAP: Blood Doc frequently recommends people with scare tissue break it up by taking 12 to 20 enzymes per day on an empty stomach.
John Alessio has fought in several organizations at 170 lbs.
This will probably be his last fight at 170 because he is moving down to155.
John A. has been one of those guys who walks around close to the weight he fights at. He is probably going to drop down a weight class.
As the fighters goes thru training camps, Dr. John Fitzgerald alters their supplement plan from XCAP so they can get the best results.
The fighters usually take more Adrenal Glandular to help with burn out as their training camp goes along and they get closer to fight time.
Our Xtreme Couture team has John Alessio, Jimmy Jones, John Gunderson, Kyle Griffin and Brice Ritani-Coe fighting on the card.

Try B12 Nitro from XCAP, it may just get rid of your cough.
A new study shows that deficiency of vitamin B12 might be a factor in unexplained chronic cough and dysfunction of the pharynx and larynx.
Vitamin B12 supplements improved histamine thresholds and significantly raised the cough threshold in patients with vitamin deficiency.
The study, presented here at the World Allergy Organization XXI World Allergy Congress by Giuseppe Guida, MD, from Allergy and Clinical Immunology, University of Turin and Mauriziano Hospital in Italy, examined the effect of histamine on the cough threshold and the upper and lower airway responsiveness in patients with unexplained cough.
The current study looked at 40 patients with chronic unexplained cough. Of these, 25 were found to have vitamin B12 deficiency (serum levels <300 pg/mL); the control group consisted of 15 chronic-cough patients with no detected nutritional deficiency.
Patients deficient in vitamin B12 were found to have significantly lower threshold values for extrathoracic airway and cough, but bronchial thresholds did not differ from those of control subjects.
Vitamin B12 supplementation improved histamine thresholds (reduced hyperresponsiveness) in vitamin-deficient patients without significantly changing them in control subjects. This improvement was found in bronchial (P < .01),
extrathoracic airway (P < .001), and cough (P <.01) thresholds.
“Supplementation is certainly very easy to perform”, Dr. Guida told Medscape Allergy and Immunology. “So, theoretically, there is a good way to treat this disease.”
“Of course, we need more data to confirm the fact that there is a strong association between these 2 cofactors [chronic cough and the B12 deficiency],” acknowledged Dr. Guida. However, “if this is the case, [this] could be a
very easy way to help these people,” he said, “especially because they are older and it’s a very easy medication to [administer].”
Try 1-3 B12 Nitro lozenges from XCAP per day.

Xtreme Couture Athletic Pharaceuticals (XCAP SUPPLEMENTS) will sponsor Tyron Woodley at Strikeforce
When opportunity knocks, Tyron Woodley rushes to meet it. So when Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos was forced to withdraw from a scheduled bout against Paul Daley due to injury, Woodley moved to take his place on just five weeks’ notice. Woodley will collide with Daley in a featured welterweight matchup at Strikeforce/M-1 Global “Fedor vs. Henderson” on
Saturday at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Ill.
Woodley boasts a perfect 8-0 record, with five wins by submission and another by technical knockout. He has pushed for a title shot for quite a while and originally thought the fight against Daley would be for the welterweight crown vacated by Nick Diaz, who left Strikeforce to prepare for a bout against Georges St. Pierre at UFC 137. Plans changed, and the match was then designated a title eliminator — with the winner left standing.
Woodley, who considers himself the top 170-pound fighter left in Strikeforce, seems unfazed.
“It’s water under the bridge,” he tells Sherdog.com. “After the fight, great things are going to happen, title included. Doors are going to open up for my family and me.”
The way that Woodley and Daley carry themselves can perhaps be best described as night and day. Daley has been vilified for punching Josh Koscheck after the bell at UFC 113 and for failing to make weight — which he has done on five occasions. Woodley comes across as a true professional in every sense of the word.
“I come to fight. I give it everything I can. I show up on time. I make weight,” he says. “It’s not just fighters; there are people watching, kids watching, families watching, people getting involved in this, and it’s important to believe in what you do. If you see me on the street, I should be the exact same person as I am inside the cage.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Below is a study of the benefits on NFL players.
The authors tested the vitamin D blood levels of 89 players from the NFL’s New York Giants during the spring of 2010.
Their average age was 25, and the group included 31 white and 58 black (African American) players.
According to lead researcher Michael Shindle, M.D., “Eighty percent of the football team we studied had vitamin D insufficiency. African American players and players who suffered muscle injuries had significantly lower levels.” (AAOSM 2011)
Sixteen of the 89 tested players had spent time on the disabled list due to muscle injuries.
The average vitamin D level among these previously muscle-injured players was 19.9 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) … Levels below 20 are considered by most experts to be very low.
The 73 players with no history of time lost due to a muscle injury had an average vitamin D level of 24.7 ng/mL – which most experts would call insufficient or deficient – with their levels ranging from 9 ng/mL (very deficient) to 46 ng/mL (lower end of the optimal range).
These were the overall results of the blood tests on the 89 New York Giants players:
Based on the growing evidence that 20 ng/mL is too low to ensure adequate health, many vitamin D testing laboratories have raised their definition of a “normal” blood level to 30 ng/ml or more. Many anti-aging doctors consider from 65 to 100 ng/ml to be optimal.
For example, Boston University’s Michael Holick, Ph.D., M.D. – a leading researcher and author of The Vitamin D Solution – says the optimal level is 40 to 60 ng/mL and that it takes 3,000 IU per day of dietary vitamin D to achieve and maintain that range.
Co-author Scott Rodeo, M.D., urged team physicians to heed the implications of their findings: “Screening and treatment of vitamin D insufficiency in professional athletes may be a simple way to help prevent injuries.” (AAOSM 2011)
XCAP’s product Vita D is the best form of vitamin D on the market today. One drop is equal to 2000 iu.
